Total RNA was extracted from the liver and ileum tissue with the TRIzol reagent according to the manufacturer’s protocol（Invitrogen，Carlsbad，CA，USA）.Reverse transcription was performed on 1μg of total RNA using a cloned AMV firststrand cDNA synthesis kit（Tiangen，Beijing，China）.Primers used for c DNA amplification by real-time PCR are listed in Table 1.Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase（GAPDH）was used as the housekeeping gene for normalization of the target genes expression.PCR reactions were performed using Perfecta SYBR green super mix（KAPA）.
