Afterwards,the photocatalytic H2 evolution rate of C3N4/Mo S2 composites obtained without ultrasonication were also tested for comparison,and the dates were displayed in Table 2.The trend of H2 evolution rate over hybrid samples without sonication was the same as the above mentioned results,and m-C3N4/MoS2-5%show the best performance.Otherwise,for sample with the same amount of MoS2,the compounding method of two materials distinctly influence the photocatalytic activity for H2 evolution.The hybrid samples synthesized from ultrasonication expert higher H2 evolution rate.The results sufficiently elucidated that it was beneficial to establish the 2D heterojuction structures between two lamellar semiconductors pretreated by exfoliation into flakelets.
