Identical XPS analysis was also performed on m-C3N4/MoS2-5%catalyst.In general,the hybrid samples obtained with or without ultrasonication have similar chemical bonds.However,the relative content of elements underwent changes(shown in Table 1).The atomic ratios of N3/N1,Mo5+/Mo4+and content of O increase,indicating that ultrasonic treatment can form plate-like C3N4 and introduce some oxides.The higher content of Mo and S on the surface of C3N4 suggests that ultrasonic exfoliation is beneficial for dispersion of MoS2 into C3N4 and establish heterojuctions.
