The SACNT films were extracted from MWCNT arrays on a Si wafer.The thickness of the SACNT films was tens of nanometers,and the CNTs were joined end-to-end by the interaction of the van der Waals force.The electrodeposition was performed in an electrolyte of NiSO4·6H2O(260 g/L),Ni Cl2·6H2O(45 g/L),and H3BO3(15 g/L)using a DC power source.A pure Ni plate and a thin titanium plate(180 mm×55 mm×2 mm)were used as the anode and the cathode,respectively.Before the electrodeposition,the electrolyte was stirred for 30 min.The volume fraction of SACNTs depends on the current density(3 A/dm2)and the deposition time of Ni per layer(4,5.33,8,and 16 min),as specifically shown in Table 1.During the deposition,the pH value of the electrolyte was maintained at approximately 5–6 at room temperature.
