Furthermore，the diffraction peaks of impurities related to N in the XRD patterns are not observed，which indicates that N element does not agglomerate to reach the macro level.Also，the doped N ions are uniformly dispersed in the lattice structures of TiO2，and its influence on the microstructures of TiO2 is negligible.It is concluded that the N doping does not affect the crystal phase structures of TiO2 samples.Phase structure parameters of pure and N-doped TiO2are summarized in Table 1.The average crystallite sizes of TiO2 samples are calculated according to the DebyeScherrer equation based on the main（101）diffraction peak[31].
