《Effects of N Doping on the Microstructures and Optical Properties of TiO_2》
Furthermore,the diffraction peaks of impurities related to N in the XRD patterns are not observed,which indicates that N element does not agglomerate to reach the macro level.Also,the doped N ions are uniformly dispersed in the lattice structures of TiO2,and its influence on the microstructures of TiO2 is negligible.It is concluded that the N doping does not affect the crystal phase structures of TiO2 samples.Phase structure parameters of pure and N-doped TiO2are summarized in Table 1.The average crystallite sizes of TiO2 samples are calculated according to the DebyeScherrer equation based on the main(101)diffraction peak[31].
