《Rumen Degradation Characteristics of Six Types of Common Roughage in Khorchin Beef Cattle in Tongliao City》

As shown in Tab.2,the CP content of alfalfa hay was the highest,and that of rice straw was the lowest;the CP content of alfalfa hay and alfalfa block were significantly higher than those of the rest four types of roughage(P<0.05),but no significant difference was observed between the two types of roughage(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in CP content between leymus chinensis and corn stover(P>0.05).The NDF content of corn stover was the highest,and that of alfalfa hay was the lowest;the NDF content of corn stover and leymus chinensis were significantly higher than those of the rest four types of roughage(P<0.05).The ADF content of corn silage was the highest,and that of alfalfa hay was the lowest;the ADF content of corn silage,leymus chinensis and corn stover were significantly higher than those of the rest three types of roughage(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in ADF content among corn silage,leymus chinensis and corn stover(P>0.05).
