《Rare-earth Cerium Additives for Sinterability of Anorthite-Diopside Ceramics》
Note:In each group,the mass ratio of IOTs∶Ca CO3∶Si O2=6∶1∶1,and the ratio was obtained according to results of orthogonal experiments.
Iron ore tailings(IOTs),and chemical reagents Ca CO3and Si O2were used as starting materials for the synthesis of An-Di ceramics.The composition of IOTs was detected via three kinds of test techniques:PW4400/40 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,X SeriesⅡPlasma mass spectrometer,and AFS-820 Dual channel atomic fluorescence photometer,and was given in mass ratios as follows:Si O2,30.09%;Fe2O3,28.02%;Al2O3,11.73%;Ti O2,10.97%;Ca O,5.64%;Mg O,4.33%;Na2O,1.78%;loss on ignition,5.67%;other trace elements,1.77%.The mass percentage of Ce(Ce is added in the form of Ce (NO3)·6H2O) accounted for 0,3%,5%,7%,9%,and 11%,and the corresponding samples were noted as C0,C3,C5,C7,C9,and C11,respectively.The formulations of the samples were reported in Table 1.
