The chemical compositions of product sinters of base blend 4 and the blend containing 4wt%limonite adhering particles and 0.4wt%bentonite were analyzed,and the results are shown in Table 13.The iron grade of two types ofproduct sinters exceeded 57.50wt%,and the ferrous content of product sinters decreased after the binding medium was modified,which helps improve the metallurgical performance of the sinter products.The metallurgical performance of product sinters is shown in Table 14,and both the RI and the RDI of the product sinters were improved by modifying the binding medium compared with that of base blend 4.
