《Novel Control Structure Design of Differential Pressure Thermally Coupled Reactive Distillation for Methyl Acetate Hydrolysis》
In this paper,we set up the operating parameters for the DPTCRD Me Ac hydrolysis process based on the previous studies[18-19,24].To analyze the process behaviors,we used the Rad Frac module in Aspen Plus,which is a rigorous distillation module and can work well for reactive distillation simulation.We have chosen the UNIQ-HOC property method built in the Aspen Plus,which uses the Hayden-O’Connell equation of state and can well describe the behavior of HAc associated compound.The results of the steady-state simulation are presented in Table 1,Figure 2 and Table 2.
