《Potassium Uptake and Transport in Apple Roots Under Drought Stress》
The total RNA was extracted from roots using the RNAprep Pure Plant Kit(TIANGEN,Beijing,China),according to manufacturer’s instructions.Sequences of the primers(Table 1)for K+transporter genes including Md CHX4.8,Md CHX4.9,Md CHX4.11,Md CHX1.3(Cellier et al.,2004),Md HKT1(Maser et al.,2001),MdHAK3.2(Rubio et al.,2000),and the Malus elongation factor-1 alpha gene(EF-1α;DQ341381)were designed by Primer Premier 5.0software(Biosoft International,Palo Alto,CA,USA).Quantitative real-time PCR was performed on an i Q5.0 instrument(Bio-Rad,Hercules,CA,USA)using SYBR Green q PCR kits(Ta Ka Ra,Dalian,China),according to manufacturer’s instructions.
