To further investigate the importance and practical utility of this method，a gram-scale reaction of 3-（4，4，5，5-tetramethyl-1，3，2-dioxaborolan-2-yl）aniline（1a，1.1 g，5.0mmol）and benzaldehyde（2a，0.6 g，6.0 mmol）was performed under the optimal reaction conditions.As a result，the reductive amination reaction proceeded smoothly to afford N-benzyl-3-（4，4，5，5-tetramethyl-1，3，2-dioxaborolan-2-yl）aniline（3a）in 70%isolated yield（Scheme 2）.
