根据膳食问卷设计,将学龄儿童摄取的食物分为九大类,并且进行了三个民族间的两两比较。结果显示,三个民族学龄儿童对谷类食物的摄入量合理;而对蔬菜、水果类、鱼虾类、奶、蛋以及豆类的摄入量存在不同程度地低于推荐摄入量。藏族在禽畜肉类、鱼虾类和豆类食物摄入量上均显著高于汉族、回族学龄儿童(P<0.05);回族学龄儿童鱼虾类和豆类食品摄入量显著低于汉族学龄儿童(P<0.05)。
