There were no decided morphological changes in the tissues of the sham group after IRI.In comparison to the sham group，the most serious pathological damage was presented in the model group at 24 and 72 h after surgery（P<0.05），which included widespread tubular epithelial vacuolization，brush border losing，a large number of protein casts of dilated tubules，and tubular architecture lesion.The astragaloside，SHT-L and SHT-H groups damaged lighter than the model group（P<0.05）.At 72 h after the surgery，the damage reduced in each group，and the pathological improvement were significant in the three drug intervention groups as compared with the model group（P<0.05）.The SHT-H group had the best effects of restoring and，through the scores，the situation in each group can be found in Table 2 and Figure 2（P<0.05）.
