《Regime Map of Dry Neutralization Agglomeration Process Containing Non-Reactive Ingredient on a Laboratory Scale》
As shown in Fig.1,the agglomeration process was conducted in a 3.5 L vertical high-shear mixer(Formate,ProC-epT,Zelzate,Belgium),in which the agitator consisted of a three-bladed impeller and a vertical chopper.In this process,powder materials and HLAS were fi rst preheated to the desired temperature.Solid materials were then weighed and loaded into the mixer,the agitator was started,and the agitation speed was adjusted to the desired value.Whenpre-mixing was completed,the weighed HLAS was injected onto a powder bed with a syringe over a period of approximately 10 s.The agitator was then stopped and products were collected.During each run,the agitation speed and total material mass were maintained at 500 r/min and 500 g,respectively,and the glass body of the mixer was wrapped in a cooling water jacket to ensure isothermal operation.The variables investigated are summarized in Table 2.
