A total of seven QTLs distributed on chromosomes 2,3,6,7,8 and 10 were detected(Table 1 and Fig.2),explaining the phenotypic variances of 58.50%and40.59%in 2014 and 2015,respectively.Among the QTLs,qCd-2 and q Cd-7 were repeatedly detected with consistent directions in both years.
