In order to determine the optimum concentration of ABA alleviating PEG stress,the principal component analysis was used to filter out the major factor group.Based on the principal component analysis,when the cumulative variance contribution rate was greater than 85%,the information could be used to reflect the variation of the system.In Table 1,the first and second principal component variance contribution rate reached 79.442%and17.015%,respectively.Remarkably,the cumulative variance contribution rate of the second principal component was 96.457%(more than 85%)without missing variables.Accordingly,this study concluded that the first two principal components could reflect completely the different information of the PEG resistance and most of the data had already been included in the two principal components.
