It could be seen from Table 3 that the conventional fertilization(K1),complete replacement of chemical fertilizers with the bio-organic fertilizer(K2)and partial replacement of chemical fertilizers with the bio-organic fertilizer(K3)had a single fruit weight and sugar-acid ratio higher than the CK,but the differences were not significant in statistical analysis.The vitamin C contents of strawberry fruit in the complete(K2)and partial(K3)replacement of chemical fertilizers with the bio-organic fertilizer were,respectively,613.0 and 609.0μg/kg,which were significantly higher than 586.3μg/kg in the CK and 594.3μg/kg in the conventional fertilization treatment(K1).Meanwhile,the soluble solid contents of strawberry fruit in treatments K2and K3,respectively,were 7.70%and 7.83%,which were significantly higher than that in the CK(6.97%)and had no significant difference compared with the conventional fertilization treatment K1(7.13%).It could be seen that the replacement of chemical fertilizers with the bio-organic fertilizer can improve the quality of strawberry fruit to some extent,and the improvement effect of completely replacing chemical fertilizers was slightly better than that of partially replacing chemical fertilizers.
