Measured concentration 1 is the average value of concentration measured in the products of A.bisporus from the first fruiting.Measured concentration 2 is the he average value of concentration measured in the products of A.bisporus from the second fruiting

As shown in Table 5,Cr was tested in all 6 test species.The measured results of the first-fruiting mushrooms showed that the contents of Pb in varieties No.3,No.4 and No.5 were 0.187,0.186,and 0.197 mg/kg,respectively,and all the 3 showed low Cr accumulation characteristics and strong Cr resistance.However,the contents of Cr in other varieties were high,over 0.2 mg/kg,especially variety No.2,which had the Cr content of 0.303 mg/kg,and it showed the highest Cr accumulation characteristics and the weakest resistance to Cr pollution.The tested values of Cr contents were high in all the second-fruiting mushrooms.In addition to variety No.1,which had a content of 0.183 mg/kg,the Cr contents of all other varieties were over 0.2,reaching 0.288 mg/kg at most(variety No.6).as shown in Table 5,Cr contamination was detected in all 6species,but none of them exceeded national standards.A comprehensive analysis of the measured Cr contents in the mushrooms of the2 fruiting seasons was carried out.The results of single pollution indexes showed that all 6 varieties had high values,and variety No.2had the highest of 0.303 mg/kg,exceeding the standard of 0.6(Table 3).According to the grade standard of NY/T 398-2000,variety No.2 was second-grade product.Although the rest of the varieties were the first-grade products based on the NY/T398-2000 standard,they all showed high pollution indexes.
