Fig.7 shows SEM micrographs of the fracture surfaces of the experimental steels after tensile testing at room temperature.All samples exhibited ductile fractures characterized by a high density of microvoid dimples.Table 2 shows the mean and maximum fracture surface dimple sizes at 790℃for the three steels with varying Si concentrations,which are related to the nucleation sites and material properties.
