The mass of 1 m L DMAc in the table is 0.96 g
In order to facilitate the study of the difference in lithium extraction performance of different Li1.6Mn1.6O4loading membranes,the amount of fixed DMAc is about 1m L,the mass is 0.96 g,and the amount of fixed PVDFand Li1.6Mn1.6O4is 300 mg.The proportions thus produced a series of membranes of different Li1.6Mn1.6O4loading.The precursor membrane of the series is labeled as M[Li]-ω(Li1.6Mn1.6O4);the corresponding ion sieve membrane is labeled as M[H]-ω(H1.6Mn1.6O4),where ω(Li1.6Mn1.6O4)is the mass percentage of Li1.6Mn1.6O4which is calculated asω(Li1.6Mn1.6O4)=m(Li1.6Mn1.6O4)/[m(Li1.6Mn1.6O4)+m(PVDF)+m(DMAc)],for example,whenω(Li1.6Mn1.6O4)=10%,the precursor membrane is denoted as M[Li]-10,and the corresponding ion sieve membrane is denoted as M[H]-10.Table 1 shows the loading and percentage of LMO in a series of membranes.The effective area of the LMOmembrane is about 20 cm2and the thickness is 250μm.After acid leaching,the area and thickness of the LISmembranes are basically unchanged.
