《镉胁迫条件下淹水时间对水稻吸收累积Cd的影响(英文)》
Pot experiment was conducted in the cultivation net-house of the Hunan Soil and Fertilizer Research Laboratory.Rice cultivar Taiyou390 was sowed in June,transplanted into pots in July,and harvested in the middle of October.Each pot contained 3 clumps;each clump consisted of 2 plants.Clean red paddy soil was collected from Changsha County,Hunan Province(the soil was developed from quaternary red earth).The soil was placed in the room and dried naturally by air before being grounded and screened by 5 mm sieve for the pot experiment.The basic chemical properties and Cd content of the soil are listed in Table 1.The plants were cultivated in pottery pots,each of which contained 15 kg pre-processed soil.Each treatment included 5 repetitions.The total Cd content of the pot soil was adjusted to 3.0 mg/kg by adding Cadmium nitrate into the soil evenly.The pot soil was then dried and wetted alternatively for three months.
