治疗后，试验组A产妇术中出血量显著低于试验组B及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）、试验组A与试验组B术后2 h、术后24 h出血量及PPH发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。3组产妇手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），见表2。
