3组术前Hb、HCT、PLT、PT、APTT、FIB比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；试验组A与试验组B术后48 h Hb、HCT、PLT的降低程度差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但均小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。3组产妇PT、APTT、FIB变化差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），见表3。
