样品的1H NMR谱(如图1所示),从左到右依次归属为δ7.65ppm(s,3H,1-H),δ7.44ppm(d,2H,2-H),δ7.30(d,2H,3-H),δ6.05ppm(s,2H,4-H),δ3.53ppm(d,1H,5-H),δ2.45ppm(m,1H,6-H),δ2.32ppm(m,2H,7-H),δ2.26ppm(m,1H,8-H),δ1.97ppm(m,1H,9-H),1.73(m,1H,10-H),δ1.61ppm(m,1H,11-H),δ1.22ppm(dd,1H,12-H),δ0.99ppm(dd,1H,13-H),δ0.89ppm(d,3H,14-H),δ0.85ppm(d,3H,15-H)。重水交换后氢谱显示δ7.65ppm处的峰消失,说明该化合物含有活泼氢胺基或羟基。根据碳谱、DEPTθ=90°和θ=135°图谱(图2所示)可确定碳原子的级数从左到右依次归属为δ167.77ppm(季,2C,1-C),δ142.15ppm(季,1C,2-C),δ136.54ppm(叔,2C,3-C),δ131.90ppm(季,1C,4-C),δ130.07ppm(叔,2C,5-C),δ128.59ppm(叔,2C,6-C),δ56.21ppm(叔,1C,7-C),δ48.74ppm(季,1C,8-C),δ37.84ppm(仲,1C,9-C),δ32.13ppm(仲,1C,10-C),δ32.08ppm(仲,1C,11-C),δ24.07ppm(伯,1C,12-C),δ23.73ppm(叔,1C,13-C),δ21.39ppm(伯,1C,14-C),δ15.29ppm(仲,1C,15-C)。综合应用1D,2D谱数据整理如表1,表2。
