Compared with the result of the 1st round of evaluation in 2016,the overall inpatient satisfaction in the 4th round of evaluation in 2019 decreased by 0.3%and 0.1%in general hospitals and specialist health facilities,respectively.It increased by 0.3%and 0.7%in TCM hospitals and MCH facilities.The improvement of inpatient satisfactions to feedback channels and transparency of medical bills were the most in all types of health facilities.Inpatients in general hospitals reported the least improvement in nursing care,patient satisfaction increased 0.1%~0.2%.Inpatients in TCM and MCH hospitals both reported that satisfaction regarding the admission and discharge procedures barely improved but patient satisfactions decreased by 0.1%and by 1.1%instead.Inpatient satisfactions to all indicators improved in MCH facilities except for satisfaction regarding timely nursing care.
