The overall inpatient satisfactions in eastern,central and western regions remained stable over the four rounds of evaluations during 2016—2019.Patient were most pleased with the improvement of creating effective mechanism and channel for patients’praise and complains and the increased transparency in medical bills.The inpatient satisfaction in eastern,central and western regions increased 46.%.7.0%and 16.35 to the mechanism and channel for patients'praise and complains;increase3.2%,5.2%and 11.4%to the transparency of medical bills;During 2016—2019,the inpatients in eastern region thought little improvement in hospital dietary,patient satisfaction decreased 1.1%.The inpatients in central region reported little improvement in the attitude of nurses,patient satisfaction just increased 0.5%.The inpatients in western region reported no improvement of admission and discharge procedures,patient satisfaction declined 0.1%.The improvements of all indicators in the and central regions were more significant than that in the eastern region,except for the admission and discharge procedures and hospital dietary.
