From the CO chemisorption data in Table 4,it can be found that although CO can be adsorbed on both Pt and Cu surfaces,the CO uptake capacity can still refl ect the overall metal dispersion of the catalysts.It can be concluded that the Pt/MgAl-R and imp-PtCu/MgAl-R samples have a low metal dispersion,while the Pt–Cu/Ce 0.3 MgAl-R sample hasthe highest metal dispersion because Ce can further promote Pt and Cu dispersion.
