(1) Coding result and co-occurrence analysis.As can be learned from coding result,organizational inertia in this stage primarily exhibits positive effects,and organizational learning is mainly manifested in exploitative learning.Co-occurrence analysis results of 209 valid code entries in this stage show that(see Table 4 for the output of co-occurrence coefficient)organizational inertia’s positive effects are significantly correlated with exploitative learning,while its negative effects are relatively significantly correlated with explorative learning.
