(1) Coding result and co-occurrence analysis:As can be learned from coding result,organizational inertia in this stage primarily manifests negative effects,and explorative learning is the primary method of organizational learning.As shown by 221 valid code entries for imitative innovation stage(see Table2 for output of co-occurrence coefficient),the negative effects of organizational inertia are significantly correlated with explorative learning,while the positive effects are relatively significantly correlated with exploitative learning.
