H membranes were prepared by the hot melt extrusion process described in PartⅠof this series.The corresponding amounts of CA,TEC and PEG1500of three formulations shown in Tab.1 were weighed and mixed.The mixture was extruded into strips on a twin-screw extruder at 180℃(Thermo Scientific?Process 11,Thermo Fisher Scientific,USA).The plastic strips were cut individually into granules using the plastic cutting machinery(15-80,Zhejiang Good Plastic Machinery Co.,Ltd.,Hangzhou,China)and subsequently melt extruded at 190℃into membranes through a flat die on a single-screw extruder(Thermo Scientific?HAAKE Rheomex 19/10 OS,Thermo Fisher Scientific,USA).The prepared membranes with thickness of about 1 mm are shown in Fig.1.The desired thicknesses of the membranes were achieved by rolling through a double roller calender at 170℃.The membrane designated as\""H5-50\""represents the formulation containing 5%PEG1500 with a thickness of 50μm.
