《Design and characterization of monolaurin loaded electrospun shellac nanofibers with antimicrobial activity》
A 2 4 full factorial design with three replicates at the center point was performed in order to find the optimized significant independent factors for the multiple responses of fiber properties.The diameter of fibers and the amount of beads(bead-to-fiber ratio)were the observed responses.The critical variables and their levels considered in the design of experiment are shown in Table 1.The Design Expert 8.0.4 software(Stat-Ease Inc.,USA)was used for the analysis of the resultant data.In addition,the optimum conditions for the fabrication of nanofibers with desired morphology were also determined.
