Pathogenic organisms cause the most severe water-borne sicknesses such as bacterial and amoebic dysentery,polio infections,hepatitis,schistosomiasis,typhoid,and cholera.Accordingly,pathogenic pollutions are considered as the most threatening biological contaminations(Cunningham et al.,2001;Ezekwe et al.,2017).Main sources of this pollution are incomplete,i.e.,deficient treated human fecal waste,warmblood animal feces,and animal feed lot leakages,underground microorganism activities(Ezekwe et al.,2017).A list of groundwater contaminating pathogenic microorganisms and their probable resulting illness is categorized in Table 1(Macler and Merkle,2000).
