Two induction recipes（Table 3）were designed based on the induction status of explant bulbils in early generation.Both of culture mediums produced rapid induction effects，but the induction rate of Recipe 1 was higher than that of Recipe 2（Fig.1）.This was because cell differentiation is regulated by the relative concentration of auxin and cytokinin mutually.Hence，the induction recipe in early generation should be the modified MS medium（ammonium nitrate was reduced by half；calcium ion concentration doubled）+arrageenan 6 g/L+succharose30 g/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+GA3 0.5 mg/L+AC 100 mg/L.
