These measures in the West have certainly helped ease the economic downturn.For example，the United States achieved economic improvement to a certain extent through negative interest rate policy and quantitative easing policy，but there are also some countries to implement trade protection policy，hindering the free flow of resources in the world and the healthy development of international trade.As scientific and technological progress and innovation become a decisive force in the economic development of a country，we should pay particular attention to the innovative effects of the above-mentioned measures，that is，whether it is conducive to the development of innovation ability in various countries.The innovation efforts and innovation results of Western developed countries can be based on the 2015Global Top 100 Innovative Enterprises released by global authority Thomson Reuters.The main reason is that the organization&apos；s evaluation standard for global innovative enterprises is the size of the annual innovation contribution of enterprise patent technology，its emphasis on\""quality\""rather than\""quantity\""makes the evaluation criteria more convincing than those of other institutions.According to the list of the top 100 innovative enterprises，the regional and industrial distribution of these enterprises is classified and summarized，detailed in Table 1.
