The formula of the signal probability calculation for the logic gates w ith tw o-input and fault-free w as proposed in Ref.[16].For instance，if the signal probabilities of the inputs for AND gate are p1and p2，the signal probability of the output is p1p2.In the case of the OR gate，the signal probability of the output is equal to 1-（1-p1）（1-p2） .In general，the formulas of the signal probability calculation are show n in the Tab.1.For the XOR gate，the simplified formula is complicated due to the multiple input gates，so only gates w ith tw o inputs are given.
