Suppose the current terminal is mobile through different channel environments.The base station selects M CS according to the CQI feedback of the terminal.The system uses orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)modulation w ith N subcarriers and the convolutional code(3,1,7).CQI is divided by 11 levels.When the channel type is identified,EESM adjustment parameter of all CQIs in this channel type can be obtained in Table 1,w here QPSK means quadrature phase shift keying and QAM means quadrature amplitude modulation,and the equivalent SINR could be found.
