The PVCs-related symptom NIS scores of each group reduced significantly than baseline levels.The DCA group showed significant reductions in mean change from baseline of the PVCs-related symptom NIS scores，including heart palpitations NIS score，chest tightness NIS score，shortness of breath NIS score and fatigue NIS score，compared with the amiodarone group and the DXR group.The frequency，the degree，and the duration per week of heart palpitations，chest tightness，shortness of breath and fatigue improved significantly in the DCA group in comparison with the amiodarone group and the DXR group，while no significant difference was observed in the improvement of insomnia among the three groups（Table 4）.
