Fourteen potato cultivars were grown in Huidong(Guangdong Province,China)and were provided by the Inner Mongolia Potato Engineering&Technology Research Center(Inner Mongolia,China),approximately 10 kg fresh potato tubers were selected for analysis.Field trials were carried out a randomized complete block design with three replications.Standard commercial management practices including fertilization,irrigation,plant disease and pest control were followed according to production criteria.A description of potato tubers was presented in Table 1.All tubers were selected,washed,cut into slices with 5 mm,and freezedried,after that,the dried potato slices were ground,sieved through 100 mesh sieve and then placed at–20°C until analysis.
