1) MLP,mulberry leaves powder.2) Provided the following(per kilogram of complete diet):6 000 IUof vitamin A;400 IU of vitamin D3;10 IU of vitamin E;2 mg of VK3;0.8 mg of VB1;6.4 mg of riboflavin;2.4 mg of VB6;0.2 mg of folic acid;14 mg of nicotinic acid

The MLP was provided by Hainan Xinhai Kangyuan Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd.,Hainan,China) .The manufacturing processes include reaping 90-day mulberry branches and seedlings,drying,smashing,sieving through 80 mesh screen and packaging.The approximate nutrients were shown in Table 1.The nutrient composition of mulberry leaves was analyzed as described by AOAC International(Cunniff 1995).The content of crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber was assayed in our laboratory by using the method of Van Soest(1991).
