Primers of RhoA and reference gene actin were designed by Premier 5 and synthesized by Shanghai Bio Technology Co.，Ltd.The reaction was carried out in a20-μL reaction system consisting of 10μL Ultra SYBR Mixture（2×），0.4μL forward primer and reverse primer（10μM），2μL template and distilled water.The real-time quantitative PCR reaction was performed on AB7500.Briefly，after an initial denaturation step at95oC for 10 min，amplifications were carried out with40 cycles at a melting temperature of 95oC for 15 s and an annealing temperature of 60oC for 60 s.The fluorescence signal was collected at the end of each cycle.The melting curve was analyzed at 60–95oC.The domain value cycle number（CT value）was recorded when the fluorescence signal strength exceeded baseline（base-line）.Primer sequences were shown in Table 1.
