We calculated the stress changes of the CNT/PI film based on stress sensitivity of the G'peak,as show n in Table 1.It could be directly seen that the stress transformed from a compression type in the temperature range of 25-150℃to a tension type in the temperature range of 300-400℃.It is w orth to note that at 250℃,the stress of the film(in some regions)decreased to 0 M Pa,indicating that 250℃w as the stress-type transition temperature.This show ed that an appropriate heat treatment can effectively remove the thermal residual stress in the film,but an excess heating may produce great tension stress and bring about stress concentrations.
