The UV-vis absorbance of AI1,AI2 and AI3 are shown in Fig.1a–c,and well-resolved UV-vis absorption bands can be clearly observed with the longest absorption maximum(λabmax)locating at 402,404 and 393 nm in chloroform solution,and 415,416 and 403 nm in film for AI1,AI2 and AI3,respectively.The three molecules show a red-shift of about 10 nm in the solid state,suggesting a favorable intermolecularπ-πstacking in thin film.The respective lowest energy absorption edge(λopt)determined from UV-vis absorption in film for AI1,AI2 and AI3 was 433,476,and 440 nm;Thus the optical energy gap(Egopt)was calculated to be 2.85,2.67 and 2.79 eV for AI1,AI2 and AI3,respectively,following the equation Egopt=1240/λonset(Table 1)[47,48].
