《Morphology and quantitative analysis of O phase during heat treatment of hot-deformed Ti_2AlNb-based alloy》
The as-received material with a nominal composition of Ti–22Al–25Nb(at%)was provided by Central Iron and Steel Research Institute(CISRI).The Ti2Al Nb-based intermetallic compound alloy was prepared by quadruple consumable vacuum arc remelting.The exact chemical composition of the alloy is shown in Table 1.The microstructure of the as-received materials is shown in Fig.1(a).Grain boundaries,α2 phase grains,and lath and acicular O phases can be seen in the matrix B2 phase.The precipitations of the acicular O phase occurred during the subsequent cooling to room temperature.
