The average running time and the accuracy determined with four groups of experiments,are listed in Table 2,Table 3,Table 4 and Table 5.From these results,such as those in Table 3,it is evident that DPT-ELM can achieve a higher accuracy of 96.7%with a few of the hidden layer nodes.Additionally,the learning time is very short,as it can learn hundreds of times faster than BP.A comparison of Table 2 with Table 3,or of Table 4 with Table 5 reveals that the accuracy is obviously improved with AWD denoise.For example,the comparison of Table 2 with Table 3 indicates that the accuracy of DPT-ELM is improved from 92.1%to96.7%.
