Note:NS,no significant deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium;***,statistically significant devia-tion from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P<0.001).

By analyzing the genetic parameters of the three multiplex PCR systems for 13 microsatellite loci of the two populations(Tab.4),we found that the average number of alleles(Na)in population HP(7.90)was slightly higher than that in population SP(7.60).The average Ho of population HP was0.492,and that of population SP was0.483,respectively.The average He of population HP was 0.675,and that of population SP was 0.663.Both Heand Ho of population HP were higher than those of population SP.Among the 13 microsatellite loci, only TM6 showed slightly higher Hothan He,indicating that there was an excess of heterozygotes at this locus in the two populations;the other 12loci showed higher Hethan Ho,indicating there was a deficit of heterozygotes at these loci. The average polymorphic information content(PIC)was 0.63 for HP,and0.62 for SP,suggesting that the 13 microsatellite loci were of high diversity. The tests for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium on the 13 microsatellite loci showed that only two of them did not deviate significantly from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05),and the remaining 11 loci deviated extremely significantly from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P<0.001).
