As shown in Tab.4,the CHE activity in group A at 21 days of age was extremely higher than those in groups B,D and E(P<0.01),and was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among groups B,C,D and E(P>0.05).At 49days of age,the CHE activity in group B was extremely higher than that in group D(P<0.01),and was significantly higher than that in group E(P<0.05).At 35 days of age,the LDH activity in group A was extremely lower than those in group C and group E(P<0.01);the LDH activity in group B was significantly lower than those in group C and group E(P<0.05);but the LDH activities in groups A,B and C had no significant difference with that in group D(P>0.05).At 35 days of age,the GPT activity in group A was significantly lower than those in other groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among groups B,C,D and E(P>0.05).At 49days of age,the GPT activity in group A was extremely higher than those in other groups(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference among the rest four groups(P>0.05).At 35 days of age,the serum AKP activities in groups A,B and C were extremely higher than that in group E(P<0.01);the AKP activities in group A and group B were significantly higher than that in group D(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference between group C and group D(P>0.05).At21 and 35 days of age,the GOT activities in group A and group B had no significant difference with that in group E(P>0.05),but the GOT activity in group C was significantly higher than that in group E(P<0.05)and had no significant difference with that in group D(P>0.05).
