As shown in Tab.5,there was no significant difference in serum Ig G content among various groups at 21 and35 days of age(P>0.05).At 49 days of age,the serum Ig G contents in group A and group C were extremely lower than that in group E(P<0.01);the serum Ig G content in group B was significantly lower than that in group E(P<0.05);but the serum Ig G contents in groups A,B and C had no significant difference with that in group D(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-2 content among various groups at 21 and 35 days of age(P>0.05).At 49 days of age,the IL-2 contents in group B and group C were significantly lower than that in group E(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group E(P>0.05);the IL-2 contents in groups A,B and C had no significant difference with that in group D(P>0.05).At 21 and 49days of age,the IL-6 content in group C was significantly or extremely lower than that in group E(P<0.05;P<0.01),but had no significant difference with that in group D(P>0.05).At 21 and 35 days of age,the serum NDV-Ab contents in groups A,B and C had no significant difference with that in group E(P>0.05).At 49 days of age,the serum NDV-Ab content in group C was significantly lower than that in group E(P<0.05),but the serum NDV-Ab contents in groups A,B and C had no significant difference with that in group D(P>0.05).At 21 days of age,the IBDV-Ab contents in group A and group B had no significant difference with that in group E(P>0.05),but the IBDV-Ab content in group C was significantly lower than that in group E(P<0.05).There was no significant difference among various groups at35 and 49 days of age(P>0.05).
