Seven Ta HKT positive pools were identified by three-round PCR screening using BAC-pool plasmids of Ai Bai Chinese spring BAC library as templates.Through sequencing of the PCR products，three Ta HKT genomic sequences were isolated from the seven pools，named as Ta HKT2；1，Ta HKT2；2-7B（Genbank No.KF646595）and Ta HKT2；2-7D（Genbank No.KF646596）（Table2） ，respectively.On this basis，BAC monoclones containing Ta HKT2；2-7B，Ta HKT2；2-7D and Ta HKT2；1 were isolated from pool-14，pool-88 and pool-296，respectively.As expected，only one Ta HKT positive monoclone was identified from plate-69 in A.tauschii AL8/78 BAC library，and named as Ae HKT2；2.
