To ensure the validity of the regression results，it is necessary to make a multiple collinearity diagnosis for the selected variables before the model is run.The test results indicate that the variance expansion factor of the selected 12 variables is lower than 10，and that there are no significant multiple collinearity problems among the explanatory variables；the model passed the test of parallel lines，and from the F statistics and the corresponding P distribution values，it shows that the fitting effect of the model is good，as indicated in Table 2.
