Seen from Table 5,comprehensive index score of tobacco from each part in different treatments was 0.39-0.73.According to chemical component comprehensive index of tobacco(I),coordination of conventional chemical component of tobacco from each part in different treatments was divided into five grades[10].Comprehensive index score sequence of lower leaf was T2>T3=T4>T1,and comprehensive index score of T2treatment was 0.59,which was the highest,and coordination of each chemical component reached moderate level;comprehensive index scores of T3and T4treatments were both 0.50,and coordination of chemical components was lower;comprehensive index score of T1treatment was0.39,which was low.Comprehensive index score sequence of middle leaf was T3>T2>T4>T1.Comprehensive index score of T3treatment was 0.71,which was the highest,and coordination of chemical components was in higher level.Comprehensive index score of T2treatment was 0.53,which was moderate,while comprehensive index scores of T1and T4treatments were respectively 0.45 and 0.50,which was lower.Comprehensive index score sequence of upper leaf was T1=T3>T4>T2,and they were respectively 0.73,0.73 and 0.66 in T1,T3and T4treatments,and coordination of chemical components was higher;comprehensive index score of T2treatment was 0.58,which was moderate.Seen from comprehensive index of conventional chemical components of tobacco,different sowing and transplanting time affected whole coordination of tobacco chemical components,and the impact on middle and lower leaves was obvious.Coordination of conventional chemical components of lower leaf in T2treatment was better,and comprehensive index was 0.59,which was in moderate level;coordination of chemical components of middle and upper leaves was better in T3treatment,and comprehensive index scores were respectively 0.71 and 0.73,which was in higher level.
